Customers are responsible for ensuring that information, specifications, artwork, trademarks, logos, labels and other materials supplied by them are accurate and that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

Sunshine is not responsible for disputes arising from customer-supplied intellectual property or information unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where applicable, product quality shall be assessed according to the specifications and quality requirements agreed for the relevant order.

Customers should communicate any special inspection standards, testing requirements or quality requirements before production.

Where third-party inspection is required, the applicable inspection arrangements should be agreed in advance.

We do not guarantee that every website page, product listing, specification, image, price or other information will always be complete, current or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify products or remove products from the website without prior notice.
